Shipping

We want you looking good and feeling warm as soon as possible! We usually process orders within 3 business days - although more often than not we process orders the same day of receipt.  

Because we are a small company and knitting by hand, production and shipping may be delayed during busy seasons. If that's the case, we'll promptly let you know. 

Cost & Delivery

United States Orders

We proudly knit our pieces in the USA and provide FREE shipping within the United States. 

International Orders

For all other international orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of $20. 

Customers are responsible for the payment of any and all customs, taxes or tariffs in your country. We suggest that you check rates prior to making your purchase.  

Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number for your purchase. 

Service Delays

Mavourneen Farrell is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by the carrier which may add additional time to your estimated delivery date. Mavourneen Farrell is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  

 

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do! Please keep in mind that knits made by hand are considered heirloom items. Any imperfections are meant to be celebrated as unique touches that contribute to the character of your piece.  

That said, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then we want to help. We will accept eligible merchandise back within 7 business days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.

Eligible items are full-price purchases bought directly through our website that are unworn, unused, and undamaged. The merchandise must have tags and be in its complete and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mavourneenfarrell.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please keep in mind that we are a small business working on every product by hand just for you. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds and do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
